About Us

What is SAFA?

If you are a student in one of the many programs in the Faculty of Arts (with the exception Communications), then SAFA is YOU! According to our constitution, every student studying within the Faculty of Arts is officially a member of SAFA, and membership sure does have its privileges with services, resources, events and more!

SAFA represents the interests of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Arts within the UOSU, the Faculty, the University, the community, and the provincial and federal governments. The students’ association also works to foster a sense of community through social, academic, and cultural events, while at the same time offering a variety of services to its members.

Quick Facts

  • We are a non profit corporation
