The VP University Affairs advocates for the academic rights of arts students. They also run academic programs including Scholarships and Publications.

The President is the chief spokesperson of the SAFA. They oversee the functions of SAFA and work with other University organizations.

The VP Social plans and runs events for arts students, including 101 Week, 12 Days of Holidays, and Arts Ball.

The VPs Communications promote everything going on at SAFA through newsletters, social media, the website, and graphics.
Sulaiman Ahmed

VP Internal
The VP Internal manages the internal functions of SAFA. This includes office management, minutes and records, and locker and Café Alt rentals.

VP Franco Affairs
The VP Francophone Affairs advocates for the rights of Francophone Arts students. They run events, do translations, and ensure the quality of French-language programming in the Faculty.

The VP Equity works to ensure all arts students are treated fairly and with respect. They help students navigate equity issues, work to resolve EDIA problems with the faculty, and run trainings and resource events.

The Director of Promotions supports the VPs Communications by creating promotional content, managing merchandise, updating the website, and helping run SAFA’s social media.

Indigenous Students Representative
The Indigenous Student Representative advocates for Indigenous students, champions equity, and ensures their voices are represented in all SAFA decisions.

The Director of Philanthropy plans and integrates charitable initiatives into SAFA events, manages sponsorships, and reports on funds raised.
Jérémie Gorman

Board Chairperson
The Chair of the Board of Directors chairs all meetings of the Board and organizes the General Meetings. They are the highest authority on interpreting the SAFA constitution.
